Colliers | South Carolina hires Brittany Hutcherson as Property Administrator in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Brittany Hutcherson has joined the company as a Property Administrator in Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Columbia office.
“Brittany has a decade of experience in customer service, building inspections, permitting and code enforcement for local municipalities. Our clients and tenants will greatly benefit from her experience and connections,” said Kim Butler, Vice President of REMS for Colliers | South Carolina.
As Property Administrator, Hutcherson supports property managers and REMS operations for the firm’s growing property management portfolio. Additionally, she prepares contracts, reports and tenant communications and writes tenant newsletters while assisting in day-to-day operations to benefit the REMS South Carolina platform.
Hutcherson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Winthrop University. She holds several certifications, including International Code Council Permit Technician, International Code Council Zoning Inspector, International Code Council Property Maintenance & Housing Inspector and Notary Public of SC.
