Colliers | South Carolina hires Caroline Bond as a Marketing Coordinator in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Caroline Bond has joined the company as a Marketing Coordinator in the Columbia office.
“We are excited to welcome Caroline into the Colliers family,” said Liz McCary, Vice President of Marketing for Colliers | South Carolina. “Her commercial real estate experience and customer service background will allow her to offer a fresh, unique perspective as she creates marketing campaigns for office properties represented by Colliers.”
Bond began her career in commercial real estate as a property manager at a local commercial real estate firm where she was responsible for over 400,000 square feet of office, retail and banking properties. She then spent five years as a marketing and leasing specialist at a publicly traded healthcare real estate investment trust.
Bond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and obtained her South Carolina Real Estate Brokers License in 2014. She completed the Disney Institute course for Achieving Customer Service Excellence in 2016. Within her community, Bond is involved with the Junior League of Columbia and is a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral.
