Colliers | South Carolina hires Jered Wooten as a Property Manager in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Jered Wooten has joined the company as a Property Manager in the Columbia office.
“We are thrilled to have Jered join our team,” said Kim Butler, Vice President of Real Estate Management Services (REMS). “He has over 20 years of experience in facility management and maintenance operations that will help us tremendously as we continue to grow this service to our clients.”
As Property Manager, Wooten will be responsible for a diverse set of assignments which include properties in both South Carolina and Georgia. His exposure to a wide variety of commercial buildings and systems during his career will help him manage these locations and the unique projects at the properties.
Wooten received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University. Some of his professional accomplishments include attending a Leadership Training course at Harvard Business School, receiving a ProFM certification from Professional Facilities Management Institute, and winning the 2019 Resident Contractor Safety Award. Within the community, Wooten enjoys volunteering for charities such as Meals on Wheels and Feeding Children Everywhere.
