Colliers | South Carolina hires Maryanne Metz as a Marketing Assistant in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Maryanne Metz has joined the company as a Marketing Assistant in the Columbia office.
As a Marketing Assistant for Colliers | South Carolina, Metz assists with property marketing for the firm’s commercial real estate brokerage teams in its Columbia office, including creating materials and executing property marketing strategies.
“We are excited to welcome Maryanne to our team of eleven marketing staff across South Carolina,” said Liz McCary, Vice President of Marketing for Colliers | South Carolina.“ Her expertise in graphic design, web design, content development and social media management will be a tremendous asset to our company.”
Metz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina with a major in Marketing. She previously worked for a consulting firm where she specialized in graphic design for proposal packages, advertising, video production, branding, social media and marketing strategies. She founded the Women in Leadership podcast and developed the branding and social media posts, wrote episodes and interviewed guests for seasons one and two. Metz is a Certified Professional Salesperson through the National Association of Sales Professionals.
