Colliers | South Carolina hires Shannon Lyon as a Property Manager in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Shannon Lyon has joined the company as a Property Manager in the Columbia office.
“Shannon is an excellent addition to our team,” said Kim Butler, Vice President of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in Colliers’ Columbia office. “She has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years and brings experience in managing office, retail, flex and industrial properties in the Southeast.”
As Property Manager, Lyon creates and implements property management strategic plans for clients for their portfolios and executes on key objectives. She develops and manages financial budgets, reporting, operations and capital projects while building strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
Lyon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, MA and is currently pursuing an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) – SC Chapter 72 and enjoys volunteering for multiple organizations including Harvest Hope Food Bank, Mission Lexington, Families Helping Families, Palmetto Place Children’s Shelter and Wounded Warrior Project.
