Colliers | South Carolina promotes Kevin Pogue to Vice President

Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotion of Kevin Pogue to the role of Vice President. He has been with Colliers since 2022, when he joined the firm’s Spartanburg office as Senior Brokerage Associate.
Pogue’s expertise spans multiple sectors of the market, assisting both landlords and tenants with their real estate needs with a special focus on land, industrial and investment properties.

Pogue has been part of the Upstate’s commercial real estate story for more than a decade, having been involved in many real estate expansion projects in and around the Upstate, from historic downtown Spartanburg to the now industrialized Upstate corridor along I-85. As a third-generation Spartanburg native, his wealth of local knowledge has helped hundreds of local and regional businesses locate or expand into the area.
He is a graduate of Wofford College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. Pogue also served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. As an advocate of many community-based programs, he participates in regular sponsorship and fundraising events throughout the Upstate.
