Colliers | South Carolina welcomes Brittany Blanz as Property Manager in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Brittany Blanz has joined its Columbia office as Property Manager.
“We are thrilled to have Brittany as part of the Columbia team,” said Kim Butler, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Columbia office. “Her extensive experience in commercial property management will make her a highly valuable asset, and we’re excited to have her expertise at Colliers.”
As a Property Manager, Blanz will develop and implement strategic property management plans for clients, ensuring key objectives are met. Her responsibilities include budget management, financial reporting, overseeing operations and fostering strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
Blanz obtained her commercial property management license in 2019 and has since held several positions with notable property management firms. Prior to joining Colliers, Blanz was instrumental in managing a portfolio of commercial properties totaling 500,000 square feet. She is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and enjoys volunteering at the Harvest Hope Food Bank.
Colliers’ REMS portfolio comprises more than 24 million square feet of properties across South Carolina. Brittany joins a dedicated REMS team of 62 trained professionals, including 18 property managers, 23 building engineers and technicians, 13 support associates and 8 property accountants. Two of the 18 property managers hold the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM), a nationally recognized professional designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
