Colliers | South Carolina welcomes William Makepeace as Property Manager in Greenville

Colliers | South Carolina announced that William Makepeace has joined its Greenville office as Property Manager.
In this role, Makepeace will oversee operations of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio across the Upstate region of South Carolina. His core responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, staff management and collaboration with property owners and leasing agents to support property operations and improvements.
“William’s approach to commercial real estate management reflects a foundational understanding of the importance of strong tenant and landlord relationships,” said Madison Roach, Assistant Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) for Colliers in Greenville-Spartanburg. “His commitment to transparency, strategic planning and financial stewardship ensures that each property remains a thriving environment for tenants and a valuable asset for ownership. Makepeace began his career in multifamily housing before transitioning to commercial real estate, where he has over three years of experience. In his previous role, he oversaw more than 250,000 square feet of Class A commercial space. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in marketing from Georgia College & State University. Makepeace is a volunteer with Project Host, a nonprofit organization that fights food insecurity in the greater Greenville area.
