Colliers | South Carolina’s Ryan McCue obtains prestigious ALC designation

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Ryan McCue has obtained the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute, confirming him as one of the region’s most qualified experts to help clients with their timberland and recreational land real estate needs.

The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation is the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. Brokers who wish to qualify for this designation must have a proven track record of transactional performance in land before undergoing a rigorous educational program that can take years to complete.
McCue is a Brokerage Associate focusing on the sale of large land tracts for development, recreational use and timber production. He is a Columbia native and a graduate of Clemson University.
