Colliers welcomes Crystal Baker as Transaction and Brokerage Coordinator in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced Crystal Baker has rejoined its team as the Transaction and Brokerage Coordinator in the firm’s Columbia office.
As Transaction and Brokerage Coordinator, Baker works closely with commercial real estate brokers to streamline daily operations and enhance platform efficiency. She assists in all aspects of the transaction process, including the preparation of representation agreements, listing agreements, and sale and leasing contracts.

Baker originally joined Colliers in 2005, first working as a listing and lease administrator before moving to the research department in 2017 for five years.
Baker earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University in 2019, demonstrating advanced expertise in commercial real estate research and complex analytical tools. Also, she completed the Colliers Mentorship Program in 2017 and was honored with the Colliers | South Carolina President’s Award in 2012, recognizing team members who excelled in their roles and made a meaningful impact on others.
