Colliers welcomes new Property Administrator in Greenville

Colliers | South Carolina announced the addition of Haley Tapp as a Property Administrator in the Greenville office. She joins the firm’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team, supporting operations for the company’s 31 million-square-foot commercial property management portfolio across the state.
Tapp assists with the daily administration, operations and maintenance of office, retail and industrial properties. Her responsibilities include supporting tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting and ensuring efficient property operations. She brings a detail-oriented approach and a strong foundation, contributing to operational excellence and high-quality service delivery for clients and tenants.
Tapp earned a Master of Science in Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College. She brings experience in healthcare, hospitality and corporate environments.
