Collins & Lacy Expands Workers’ Compensation Practice with the Addition of Ashley R. Kirkham

COLUMBIA, SC – Collins & Lacy, P.C. is pleased to announce Ashley Kirkham has joined the firm’s Columbia office. Kirkham is an associate practicing in the area of workers’ compensation.

Kirkham’s experience includes defending claims against repetitive trauma injuries, jurisdictional disputes, and fraud. She also ensures workers’ compensation and liability settlements comply with federal law regarding the protection and consideration of Medicare’s interests.
Kirkham, a Sarasota, Florida native, majored in political science as an undergraduate of Clemson University and received her Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law.
