Collins & Lacy, P.C. has announced that shareholder attorney, Claude Prevost, III, will lead the firm’s Trucking and Transportation practice group. Prevost brings his considerable legal defense skill to enhance this growing practice area at Collins & Lacy. His team represents motor carriers, owner-operators, shippers, freight forwarders, and brokers in litigation arising from commercial vehicle accidents and cargo claims across the state of South Carolina.
The team also represents insurers in claims and litigation matters related to automobile accidents, highway construction defects, roadway conditions, signage, and design.
