Collins & Lacy Welcomes Kerri Rupert

COLUMBIA, SC – Collins & Lacy, P.C. is pleased to announce Kerri Rupert has joined the firm’s Columbia office as an associate practicing in the areas of retail and hospitality law and professional liability defense.

At Collins & Lacy, Rupert will be defending national and regional leaders in retail, hospitality, and entertainment sectors doing business in the Palmetto State in claims involving liability, loss prevention, food adulteration, third party torts, and alcohol liability. Rupert also represents healthcare providers, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, financial and investment advisors, attorneys, insurance brokers and agents in professional liability litigation.

Rupert attended the University of South Carolina for her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and received her juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
