Columbia Business Monthly again includes Detwiler, Duggan in 2022 ‘Legal Elite’

Once again, Columbia Business Monthly has named Callison Tighe & Robinson members Rick Detwiler and Ian Duggan to its 2022 “Legal Elite of the Midlands” list.
Mr. Duggan received this distinction for the second time in a row, while Mr. Detwiler has been included on the list since 2017.
“Legal Elite” honors Midlands lawyers considered by peers to be outstanding in their respective practice areas.
Mr. Detwiler, the managing member of the firm, represents clients in cases involving commercial litigation, serious personal injury, workplace accidents and probate and trust litigation. He is also certified as a Circuit Court Mediator by the South Carolina Supreme Court.
Mr. Duggan focuses on complex litigation, practicing in particular in the areas of complex commercial litigation, serious personal injury, and white-collar criminal matters. A former active-duty U.S. Air Force officer, he continues to serve as a Judge Advocate in the South Carolina Air National Guard.
Both have also received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest Peer Review Rating of AV Preeminent, which attests to professional excellence, legal skill and ethical standing in the practice of law.
