COLUMBIA, SC – January 10, 2013 – Cypress Real Estate Partners, LLC announced that its brokerage team has consummated over $21 Million in commercial real estate sales and leasing for the year ending 2012. This total included 27 transactions closed in 6 states. Brokerage deals included investment property sales, retail, office, sites for development, and industrial buildings.
