Why is Bernie Sanders the best candidate for women? An energetic and growing number of women will vote for Bernie in 2016 because of his progressive agenda on issues that affect women and their families. The purpose is to bring together women and men to discuss Bernie Sander’s agenda and strengthen our assertion that Bernie is the right candidate for women.
On Wednesday February 10th, the grassroots organization Women for Bernie Sanders will host a meeting in Columbia, SC to discuss the sweeping positive impact that Bernie Sanders agenda will have on women’s lives. The meeting, part of a nationwide effort on February 10, will take place from 6-8 pm at the Lourie Center, 1650 Park Circle, Columbia SC 29201. Doors will open at 5:30 pm. A video message will be delivered by Senator Nina Turner during the meeting. Light refreshments will be served.
