Columbia’s McCrory Construction expands Southeastern presence with new Upstate office

COLUMBIA, SC – Citing “a robust business climate and strong demand from repeat customers and new business,” 98-year-old McCrory Construction Company is adding a regional office in Greenville, South Carolina to serve clients in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina’s Upstate region, company officials have announced. The office will represent the firm’s first full-service office outside of its Columbia, S.C. headquarters in nearly a century of existence.

McCrory Construction is a full service general contractor serving private and public sector customers across the Southeast. Located in Suite 107 of the Allendale Building, located at 555 N. Pleasantburg Drive, McCrory anticipates additional expansion at the new office of as many as 10 office, field management and administrative support positions in the coming months.

Heading the new McCrory office will be Executive Vice President Donald G. Warren, former President and CEO of Suitt Construction Company in Greenville. Warren will be joined by Fred Fulmer, also formerly of Suitt, who will serve as Director of Preconstruction Services. Marketing and Business Development will be coordinated by 30 year McCrory veteran Dennis G. Shealy, Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development.
