Communications firm Knight Enterprises LLC relocates in the Midlands

Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading commercial real estate services firm, is pleased to announce that Senior Associate George Meetze represented the buyer, Bam Bam Realty South, LLC, on the purchase of 1333 Pineview Drive, which consists of a 14,300 square foot industrial facility and 5.21 acres.
Knight Enterprises, LLC, a communications technology firm based in Clearwater, F.L., will occupy the space. The firm provides design, construction and engineering services for wireline/wireless communications across the southeast and is one of the largest, privately owned communications infrastructure providers in North America.
