Community Association Management Services (CAMS), North Carolina and South Carolina’s premier community management company, announced that Callie Fenlon has been promoted to closings manager. As closings manager, Fenlon will lead the company’s new owner close and resale disclosure processing team. In addition, she will assist in establishing processes to ensure effective billing and collection of resale processing fees, work closely with community managers, and manage audits for all closings-related tasks to ensure ongoing internal quality control and continuous improvement.
Fenlon has been with CAMS for six years and started as the company’s sole closings processor. As the department grew, she was promoted to team lead and held that position until being named department manager.
“This promotion is something I have been building towards throughout my career with CAMS,” said Fenlon of her new role. “I am excited to take this next step and look forward to leading this team!”
Cathy Wade, Community Association Management Services’ COO, is equally thrilled to have Fenlon step into a managerial role.
“Callie has consistently embraced our CAMS values by providing great customer service with a calm demeanor and by her willingness to learn and grow by taking on more responsibility and continuing to challenge herself,” said Wade. “She will be a great team mentor and is a huge asset to our company.”
