Community invited to update on Georgetown Waterfront Redevelopment

River Development Equities invites members of the Georgetown community to attend a public meeting on Thursday, September 24, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Winyah Auditorium for an update regarding the Georgetown waterfront redevelopment effort.

RDE will provide a brief overview of the work completed to date, the planning and due diligence process, and the various considerations involved in evaluating the property and its redevelopment potential.

Following the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and speak directly with members of the project team. Environmental, design, and engineering professionals involved in the evaluation and planning process will also be available to answer questions and provide information about their respective areas of work.

The meeting is intended to provide the community with information directly from the project team and an opportunity to better understand the work that has taken place to date.

Community members, local businesses, stakeholders, and others interested in the Georgetown waterfront are encouraged to attend.
