Compass of Carolina hires Director of Marketing & Development

Compass of Carolina announced the hiring of a new Director of Marketing & Development, Kimberly Broadway. Mrs. Broadway brings a fresh perspective to Compass of Carolina after transitioning from the for-profit to non-profit sector after 20+ years of proven international business management experience.

Starting her career in general administration roles, she quickly advanced through various positions gaining valuable experience of business operations, management, and marketing practices which led her to her most recent position, of over 12 years, as an Executive C-Suite Manager with a primary focus on international Risk and Compliance with a secondary focus on Marketing. Her passion lies in communication and marketing, specifically with relationship building and organizational practices to support the strategic goals and initiatives of her organization.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, from Anderson College (aka Anderson University), where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She holds an Associates of Business Management from Tri-County Technical College and a Certificate in Microcomputer Applications. She is excited to become engrossed in the non-profit business sector and join several professional associations as she makes her career move into non-profit work.
