Congratulations Main Street District!

September 25, 2020

The Main Street District is excited to win Free Times Best of Columbia 2020 for the ‘Biggest Improvement in Columbia this Year’.  We are proud to win this award for the 6th year! This last year was the first in which everyone got to enjoy the beautiful renovations of Columbia Museum of Art’s Boyd Plaza!  Congratulations to all of our Main Street neighbors.

Uptown on Main Reopens Under New Ownership

Michelle Cormier has reopened the gift shop in its same location on Main Street. She said the store’s merchandise will remain the same, with the addition of new brands.

“Most of the things I’m adding are to enhance what was already there,” she said. “I’m excited to get opened up and continue the legacy that Martha Studstill started and become part of the downtown Columbia family.”

Hampton Street Vineyard Reopens Under New Ownership
