Cook has recently been approved by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification as a Certified ADR Mediator. Mr. Cook is a shareholder in Turner Padget’s Columbia office. He is an experienced workers’ compensation litigator representing third party administrators, insurance carriers, and various businesses. Mr. Cook earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina.
