Cottontown Art Crawl returns with artists, live music, food, and a community mural!

Get ready to experience Columbia’s vibrant arts community at the 7th Annual Cottontown Art Crawl, taking place on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 10 AM to 4 PM in the charming streets of the Cottontown neighborhood. This beloved free, family-friendly event will feature nearly 200 artists, live music, delicious food trucks, and unique interactive art experiences for attendees.
The Cottontown Art Crawl celebrates creativity and connection, transforming the historic neighborhood into a bustling open-air gallery. From fine art and handmade crafts to pottery and photography, visitors will have the chance to discover one-of-a-kind works while supporting local and regional artists.
What’s New This Year?
This year’s Crawl introduces an Interactive Community Movable Mural in collaboration with One Columbia, as well as a collaborative art project hosted by the Columbia Museum of Art, where attendees of all ages can leave their creative mark. Guests will work alongside local artists to help create a collaborative piece of art that can be displayed in public spaces throughout Columbia.
“Cottontown has always been a neighborhood that fosters creativity and togetherness,” said Beth Lawson, Event Coordinator. “This year’s mural project is a way to celebrate the community spirit and let everyone who attends be a part of something lasting.”
