The shareholders of Colliers International South Carolina, Inc., known as Colliers | South Carolina, have elected E. Craig Waites, Jr. to a two-year term on the company’s Board of Directors. Waites succeeds Charles W. (Chuck) Salley in this position.

Waites, who began his career with Colliers in 1995, is a Vice President of the Company. He specializes in commercial property sales and land brokerage. He has often been recognized by Colliers, as well as the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association, as a top producer, including receiving Colliers USA’s Everest Award in 2016 ranking him among the top 10% of all Colliers brokers in the U.S.
He is a 1992 graduate of Washington and Lee University and holds numerous memberships and affiliations in the real estate industry. Additionally, he is a 1998 graduate of Leadership Columbia, was named to The State Newspaper’s “20 under 40” in 2010 and served on the City of Columbia’s Planning Commission. He is active in leadership roles with the United Way of the Midlands, Trinity Cathedral, Healthy Learners and is the former Chair of the Board of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina.
