Crawford Strategy welcomes Pamela Searby as staff accountant

Crawford Strategy, a full-service marketing and branding agency, recently added Pamela Searby as staff accountant. In this administrative position, Searby is responsible for oversight of accounting procedures, helping to ensure the company maintains a healthy financial profile.

“I’m excited to join the Crawford team and learn new things from such a great group of people,” said Searby. “I look forward to using all the knowledge I’ve gained over the past several years working in the accounting field to help Crawford continue to grow and be the best place to work in South Carolina.”

Searby’s expertise includes accounts receivable, accounting, general ledger processes/procedures and reconciliations, accounts payable processes/procedures, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. For more than 20 years, she worked in the accounting department for a biotech company. Prior to that, she served eight years in the U.S. Army.

“We are excited to have Pam join us,” said Chief Operating Officer, Andrea Stegall. “She plays a vital role in the management of our daily operations, and we know that her experience and expertise will be an asset as our company continues to grow.”

Originally from Iowa, Searby recently moved to the Upstate. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Iowa. In her spare time, Searby enjoys reading and visiting the mountains.
