GREENVILLE, SC – Creative Builders, Inc. welcomed Bill Frazier to the role of Superintendent. Bill has 36 years of construction and carpentry experience, including 18 years of experience as a commercial superintendent. In his current role, he will oversee on-site operations and work closely with both Project Managers and Subcontractors to ensure high quality and timely completion of projects.
