CresCom Bank Expands to Greenville, Names Frierson Upstate Market Leader & Executive VP

GREENVILLE, SC – CresCom Bank announced that it has expanded to the Upstate market this week, and has named Scott Frierson as its executive vice president and Upstate market leader. The expansion represents the first venture by CresCom Bank into the marketplace and the bank has tapped well-known local banking executive Frierson to be responsible for developing relationships and providing overall direction, guidance and support in Upstate activities.
Frierson has 22 years of financial experience within the Greenville market, including three years as president of Carolina First Bank. Most recently, he served as S.C. state executive and director of business banking for Certus Bank.
