CresCom Bank welcomes Doug Arseneau as Mortgage Loan Originator

Based out of the Litchfield branch, Arseneau brings over 28 years of banking and mortgage experience to the CresCom Bank Team. Arseneau has held various mortgage sales and management positions throughout Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. Most recently he worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Consultant. He has a vast knowledge base of lending in the areas of construction lending, conventional and non-conventional financing, condominiums, condotels, and first time homebuyers.

Arseneau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.
