Crescom University Instructor Dawn Small Promoted to Assistant Vice President

CHARLESTON, SC  CresCom Bank, one of the fastest growing banks in the Carolinas, has promoted Dawn Small to the position of assistant vice president, university training consultant. Small first joined CresCom Bank during the spring of 2014 as an instructor for the bank’s internal training and development program, aptly named CresCom University. As assistant vice president, Small will continue her role as an instructor at the university.

Prior to joining CresCom Bank, Small was a deposit operations specialist at Coastal Carolina National Bank, and an assistant vice president and branch operations group leader at Coastal Federal Bank. She is well rounded in product and service development and implementation, branch operations and internal controls.
