Join us for a coffee and talk with Adrienne Bain, CREW Network Director (2020-2021). During this event Adrienne will talk about her personal journey in CRE as a person of color and the CREW Network Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Taskforce. You are not going to want to miss this!

Adrienne Bain is the Southwest Region Portfolio Management Team Lead at Citizens Bank, a financial services firm offering a broad range of products and services to over five million individuals, companies, nonprofits and institutions.

Adrienne oversees the analysis, structuring, origination and management of complex transactions involving traditional senior debt as well as mezzanine, public and private equity financing on construction, pre-stabilized and stabilized projects across a variety of property types including office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, hospitality and multifamily.

Adrienne is also co-founder and managing principal of B Squared Group, a commercial real estate investment, development and management firm based in St. Louis. B Squared Group focuses on multifamily assets in opportunistic markets in the Midwest and Southeast. A member of CREW since 2006, Adrienne holds dual membership with the CREW Charlotte and CREW-St. Louis chapters. She has held various leadership positions, including CREW-St. Louis Advisory board member and CREW Charlotte president and board member. She has served on the CREW Network Nominating and Finance Committees, was a CREW Network Foundation Champion Director and earned the CREW Network Leadership Certificate.

Her accolades include Charlotte Business Journal’s top 25 Women in Business, The Mecklenburg Times’ Icon and 50 Most Influential Women, Business Today’s Top Women and Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence
