Crystal Baker of Colliers International receives Commercial Property Research Certification

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Crystal Baker received the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) designation through the Colliers University platform.
Baker earned the designation after completing a rigorous five-part curriculum with extensive coursework. The CPRC achievement certifies increased strategic and tactical expertise in research, knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and capabilities to utilize complex tools. It is the only accreditation available for commercial real estate research professionals.

Baker is the Research Coordinator for Colliers International | South Carolina, responsible for the collection of market data and creating market reports for various property types statewide. She is also involved in on-demand research projects for Colliers’ brokers and clients as well as research initiatives related to the expansion of Colliers’ corporate services and advisory offerings to clients across South Carolina.
