Cummins Marine GM Jenny Bush Joins Wounded Nature’s Board of Directors

CHARLESTON, SC – May 21, 2012 – Wounded Nature – Working Veterans announces that Jenny Bush, General Manager, Cummins Marine has joined their board of directors.

Jenny Bush has been with Cummins Inc. for over 15 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles within the business including service engineering for the oil & gas and automotive markets and distribution technical support in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In her current role as General Manager for the Commercial Marine Business, Bush is responsible for all commercial marine business activities for the Engine Business Unit (EBU) globally, including business development and support. Prior to joining the Marine Business, Bush served as the General Manager for Cummins Generator Technologies’ (CGT) European alternator business, where she grew sales from US$145 million to over US$280 million. Bush also led global purchasing and operations for CGT, during which time she developed key strategies that delivered considerable cost and efficiency benefits within the supply chain. Bush is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, as well as a Mechanical Engineering graduate with an MBA in International Marketing, both from UK universities.

About Wounded Nature – Working Veterans
Wounded nature – Working Veterans is a Charleston, SC based 501c3 non-profit focused on cleaning beaches, promoting recycling and assisting veterans to obtain their first civilian job. Starting in 2012 they will have 5 houseboats utilizing veterans to clean beaches, visit military bases and hospitals, and educate the public about recycling and littering at port festivals on the East Coast.
