Cushman & Wakefield selected by an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust to lease 639K SF industrial facility

Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust to oversee leasing efforts for 2203 Sherrill Drive, a 639,800-square-foot (sf) industrial facility in Statesville, N.C. Matt Treble, Fermin Deoca & Eric Ridlehoover of Cushman & Wakefield will lead leasing efforts for the building.

The building sits on 41.69 acres and is within minutes of I-77 and I-40. Amenities include approximately 13,000 square feet of office space, a ceiling clear height of 30 to 36 feet, an ESFR sprinkler system and the ability to accommodate 112 car and 195 trailer parking spaces.
