Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 5502 Highway 25 North in Hodges, South Carolina.
Eaton Corporation purchased the 111,600 square foot manufacturing facility situated on 10 acres for $4,224,000. The investment in the new facility will consolidate operations to one location.
Elliott Fayssoux, Brian J. Young, CCIM, SIOR and Kacie Jackson, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the Seller, Turbine Component Services Greenwood, LLC.
