Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer awarded commercial management of Shem Creek Executive Center

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by 101 Coleman Partners LLC for the commercial property management of Shem Creek Executive Center located at 111 Coleman Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
Shem Creek Executive Center is a 41,730 square foot, four-story, office building and parking deck currently under construction. Tenants to be located within the building are: Hall Booth Smith PA, MTAG Services, Tabula Rasa Healthcare, Avtex Commercial Properties, and Thompson Turner Contractors. This site will also be the location for the new Shem Creek Parking Deck which will be available for restaurant and event parking on nights and weekends. This executive center is centrally located on Coleman Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant and overlooks historical Shem Creek.
