Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Nupi Americas, Inc. in their purchase of a 50,000 sq.ft. building located at 314 Commerce Parkway in Early Branch, South Carolina. The property, situated on 14 acres, was purchased from Hampton County, South Carolina for $970,000 and will be utilized for the manufacturing and distribution of their NIRON product line.
