Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represents Phillips Pet in securing new location in Spartanburg

SPARTANBURG, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Phillips Pet in their lease of 201,500 square feet of space within Wingo Park at New Cut Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
This new facility for Phillips Pet will enable them to combine two locations and allow for future growth. Phillips has been in the community for over a decade and now employees about 100 in Spartanburg. The new building will be located in Wingo Park and developed by Becknell Industrial.
