CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of the former Irish Bar and Alchemy Restaurant at 245 Seven Farms Drive on Daniel Island, South Carolina.
Investors, Jon and Anne Turner, purchased the 2,850 sq.ft. space from Tax Capital Group for $500,000 to open a new breakfast & lunch concept.
