Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer sells Greenville land for potential development

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, in collaboration with CBRE, announced the sale of approximately 34.75 acres of land situated along 2952 New Easley Highway in Greenville, South Carolina.
Dukes Food Production purchased the land for $525,000 for potential development.
Brian J. Young, CCIM, SIOR and Lyn Norton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, along with Charles Gouch CCIM, SIOR of CBRE, handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
