Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer sells North Charleston land for future apartments

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of approximately 15 acres of land located near the intersection of Ingleside and Webber Boulevards in North Charleston, South Carolina.
DD Ingleside 17.34, LLC purchased the land from Weber USA Corporation for $4,530,000 with plans to construct a 300+ unit garden-style apartment complex.
