Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 5969 Highway 21 in Roebuck, South Carolina.
Wolverine Coatings purchased the 60,000 square foot industrial property situated on 5.9 acres from Ste-Lar Textiles for $1,375,000 for the operation of their business.
