Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer welcomes Director of Property Services in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Brendan Gower has joined Commercial Property Services as Director in their Greenville office.  Brendan has over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry including four years of sales experience and six years of management experience.

Brendan’s management experience includes a portfolio of grocery store anchored shopping centers throughout the Southeast as well as management of industrial, flex, office, medical, and retail properties in Upstate, South Carolina.  He holds a South Carolina real estate sales license, is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), the national and local chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2013.
