The SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®, the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association, recently announced that Ed Kercher, Senior Vice President, Managing Broker with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, has been awarded the SIOR (SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®) designation. The designation is a professional achievement reserved only for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services or executive management.
