Cuttino Elected Secretary-Treasurer of DRI

COLUMBIA, SC – November 12, 2012 – John E Cuttino, a shareholder in the firm’s Columbia office of Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A., has been elected to the position of Secretary-Treasurer of DRI-The Voice of the Defense Bar.  Mr. Cuttino’s election took place at DRI’s Annual Meeting held in October in New Orleans, Louisiana.   As an Officer of DRI, Mr. Cuttino is a member of DRI’s six-person Executive Committee which directs all DRI operations. 

With a membership of more than 22,000, DRI is the world’s largest and premier international organization of attorneys and in-house counsel who defend the interests of individuals, insurers, and businesses in civil litigation.  DRI provides numerous educational seminars nationally, promotes continuous improvement of the civil justice system and the defense bar, and is committed to the preservation of the civil jury trial.   Mr. Cuttino previously served on DRI’s national Board of Directors from October 2009 to October 2012.
