Cypress announced representation of new headquarters into the Central Business District

Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate, a Columbia-based Commercial Real Estate firm, announced its representation of RSi (Receivable Solutions, LLC) in their relocation to the entire top floor of 1441 Main Street, formerly occupied by Wells Fargo. This 20,048 SF relocation is the largest new office lease along Main Street year-to-date in 2023.
Senior Brokers, James C. Harrison, III, CCIM and R. Coleman Davis represented the Tenant, negotiating the long-term lease arrangement for the new Headquarters. Tommy Johnson with Colliers represented the Landlord.
