Dallas Skye Salon & Spa Relocates Within Pelham Road Center Leaving Desirable Commercial Space

GREENVILLE, SC – RealOp Investments, a Greenville-based commercial real estate investment firm, recently acquired 111 Pelham Road, the former location of Dallas Skye Salon. The premier one-stop personal care and relaxation spa has relocated to a new location in the 38,000 square foot Pelham Court complex also owned by RealOp. The acquisition completes the assemblage of three parcels, totaling 43,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on 4.5 acres. RealOp is planning additional updates to the shopping center and is in discussions with several tenant prospects for the former Dallas Skye location. This location is well-positioned on the signalized corner of Pelham Road and Pelham Commons Boulevard.
The well-known salon and spa moved from the 4500 square foot unit into a smaller space within the center of the complex to focus exclusively on their core clients’ needs.
