David Marshall Named Shareholder

COLUMBIA, SC – Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. has elected David C. Marshall as a shareholder in the firm’s Columbia office. Mr. Marshall’s practice primarily focuses on products liability, trucking and transportation, construction, and other complex litigation. He serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association and recently was awarded the 2013 G. Duffield Smith Outstanding Publication Award from DRI. He is an AV “Preeminent” Peer Review rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Marshall earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, cum laude, in 2006 and graduated from the University of South Carolina, magna cum laude, in 2003.
