Derrick Stubbs announces partner Michelle Z. Chapman, CPA

Derrick, Stubbs & Stith, LLP, a Columbia firm providing accounting, auditing, taxation and business consulting, announced the addition of Michelle Z. Chapman, CPA, as a partner in its consulting practice.
Chapman has been with Derrick Stubbs since 2005, when she began working with the company as an intern. In 2007 she joined the firm full time and has been instrumental in helping clients meet their financial goals to grow their businesses. Her practice includes a special focus on auditing and assurance services in addition to accounting, tax planning and consulting for a wide range of industries including health care, manufacturing, education, government and non-profit organizations.

Chapman is a graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. She received her CPA license in 2013 and is an active member of the SC Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is a 2015 graduate of the South Carolina Association of CPAs Leadership Institute and served on the School of Accounting Mentoring Program for the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
